What we store
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the list of servers where you have Administrator or Manage Server permissions. For each server utilizing the bot we store configuration (channels, behavioral prompt, persona, active plan), ephemeral conversation context required for AI coherence, admin-provided knowledge documents, and aggregate usage telemetry.
Why we store it & Sovereign Isolation
This data is strictly utilized to authenticate dashboard access, keep each server's memory and configuration isolated by Guild ID, enforce usage rate limits, render analytics to administrators, and operate autonomous abuse protection. We do not sell personal data and we never use message content for advertising.
AI processing & Privacy Safeguards
Messages triggering an AI response are dispatched to the designated AI engine runtime to generate completions. Your community's private messages are not used to train public models, and context is never leaked across servers.
Retention & Immediate Data Purge
Conversation context is maintained solely to provide conversational coherence and can be purged instantly by a server admin at any time via /clear or the dashboard. Removing the bot from a Discord server triggers an automatic, irreversible deletion of that server's memory, documents, and config.
Cookies & Session Security
We use an encrypted HTTP-only session cookie solely to maintain your authenticated dashboard session and locale preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
Security & Contact
Access to a server's dashboard telemetry and settings is cryptographically restricted to Discord users with Administrator permissions on that server. For privacy inquiries or explicit account deletion requests, reach out via the official Slime AI Discord community.
