Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By inviting Slime AI to a Discord server or utilizing this dashboard, you agree to comply with these terms, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, do not invite or interact with the bot.
Eligibility & Permissions
You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, and capable of consenting to digital services. Server settings and subscriptions may only be configured by users holding Administrator or Manage Server permissions in that Discord server.
Acceptable Use & Abuse Prevention
You may not use Slime AI to break local or international laws, harass or threaten individuals, exploit minors, generate explicit sexual content, distribute malware, flood chat or evade rate limits, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, or attempt to extract proprietary system prompts.
AI Output & Disclaimer
Responses are generated by AI language models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not constitute professional legal, medical, or financial counsel. Server administrators remain solely responsible for configured prompts, documents, channels, and community moderation.
Availability & Service Limits
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. We reserve the right to modify features, enforce rate limits (10 replies/min on Free, 30 replies/min on Pro), or suspend access for abusive behavior.
Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellation
Server Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual cycle via our secure payment gateway. Every transaction produces an immutable invoice and receipt. You may cancel your subscription at any time; upon term expiration, the server gracefully reverts to the Community Free tier.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms as our platform evolves. Continued usage of Slime AI following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest revision date is always reflected at the top of this document.
